Invitation of Applications:
Online applications are invited for direct recruitment to Group D posts. Through the website of Haryana Staff Selection Commission (hssc.gov.in) the online application can be filled. The applications can be filled up from August 29, 2018, to September 18, 2018, till 11.59 pm. Thereafter website link will be disabled.
Criteria for Selection, Examination and Syllabus.
The scheme of marks in respect of selection to Group D posts in the service shall comprise of total 100 marks, as detailed below:
i) Written Exam: 90 marks
ii) Socio-Economic criteria and experience: 10 marks
The commission shall make selection and recommendation of the names of candidates to a department or an office on the basis of merit in written examination, experience and socio-economic criteria.
The written exam shall be divided into two portions, compromising:
- 75% weightage for general awareness, reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi as applicable.
- 25% weightage for History, current affairs, literature, geography, civics, environment, culture etc. Of Haryana.
Note: the use of mobile phone and other electronic devices in Haryana Staff Selection Commission examination is strictly prohibited.
