Firstly, for a year the candidates will be appointed as Trainees from the joining date, the post with a consolidated stipend. After the training period, the candidates will be on probation period for one year. The candidates will be provided a regular pay scale & other allowances.

OMC Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Jr. Executive Assistant: Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with Diploma in Computer Application/ PGDCA can apply.
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
Jr. Engineer: Candidate with a Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Diploma from an AICTE recognized institute can apply.
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
Jr. Nurse: Candidate who has done class 10+2 Science with Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute by H&FW Department, Government of Odisha & approved by Odisha Nursing Council/ Indian Nursing Council can apply.
