EMRS Recruitment 2023: Important Details

Earlier, the deadline was July 31, 2023.

The recruitment aims to fill a total of 4062 vacancies for Principals, PGTs, and non-teaching staff in Eklavya Model Residential Schools.

Vacancy Details:

• Principal: 303 vacancies
• Post Graduate Teachers (PGT): 2266 vacancies
• Accountant: 361 vacancies
• Jr. Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 759 vacancies
• Lab Attendant: 373 vacancies

Age Limit:

• Principal: Max 50 years by July 31, 2023 (relaxation for reserved categories).
• PGT: Max 40 years by July 31, 2023 (relaxation for reserved categories).
• Accountant, Jr. Secretariat Assistant, Lab Attendant: Max 30 years by July 31, 2023 (relaxation for reserved categories).

Educational Qualification:

• Principal: Master’s degree, BEd, proficiency in Hindi/English teaching, 12 years' experience or analogous post.
• PGT: Two-year postgraduate course in concerned subject from recognized University/Institute.
• Accountant: Commerce Degree from recognized University/Institute.
• Jr. Secretariat Assistant: Senior Secondary (Class XII) with typing speed.
• Lab Attendant: 10th Class Pass with Lab technique diploma or 12th Science.

Application Fee:

• Principal: ₹2,000; PGT: ₹1,500; Non-teaching staff: ₹1,000.
• SC, ST, PwBD categories exempt from fee.
