While the candidates who have qualified the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) and diploma in engineering are eligible to apply, the age limit for UPSSSC JE recruitment 2024 is 18 to 40 years. In a bid to complete the registration, applicants will have to pay Rs 25 as the application fee. While the fee payment can be done through credit card or debit card internet banking or UPI or SBI e-Challan, the recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,016 junior engineer vacancies including 3,541 general selection and 28 special selection posts.
UPSSSC JE Mains 2024: Steps to apply online
Step 1: Visit the official website (upsssc.gov.in).
Step 2: Go to the ‘Live Advertisements’ option.
Step 3: Click on the link to apply for the posts of JE.
Step 4: Fill up the registration form and proceed and upload required documents.
Step 5: Pay application fee and submit the details.
Step 6: Download the form and take a printout for future reference.
It should be mentioned that candidates can make changes in their application form only after depositing the application fee. In a bid to make changes, the candidate will have to go to the applicant's dashboard under the applicant segment and login with the credentials.
