The Central Admission Board (CAB) will take the final decision for document verification centre and schedule of counselling for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) in a proposed meeting to be held on June 18.
Some certain changes in the format of UPSEE's counselling is also being done to provide better facility to the students. According to an official "The counselling process for UPSEE is likely to begin in the last week of June."
However Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) is going through rough time. The administrative functioning of the university has been effected due to affiliation process and sacking of Registrar from its post. The post of registrar is vacant in UPTU which runs almost 700 colleges of the state.

On the other hand as per the decision of Supreme Court due to eligibility criteria issued by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) UPTU is getting late in providing affiliation and making seat matrix.
According to a Board official UPTU is keen to start its counselling on time.
