UPSC CMS Paper Analysis 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has sucessfully conducted the Combined Medical Services Examination (UPSC CMS) 2024 today, July 14. Candidates, who had appeared for paper one, analysed it as easy and moderately difficult. It should be mentioned that paper one consisted of questions from General Medicine and Paediatrics.
According to the candidates, the questions in both General Medicine and Pediatrics were a mix of easy and difficult questions. The questions in General Medicine were mostly easy (with few questions a bit difficult). While the difficulty level in Pediatrics were average, the paper one consisted of total 120 questions (with General Medicine- 96 questions and Pediatrics-24).

UPSC CMS Paper 2 

While the UPSC CMS Paper 2 will be held from 2 PM to 4 PM, the paper two will consist of Surgery, Preventive and Social Medicine, Gynaecology and Obstetrics. The paper will have 40 questions each topic-wise.

UPSC CMS Marking Scheme 2024

While the total marks in UPSC CMS exam is 500, candidates will be awarded 2.08 marks for correct answer. However, one-third marks will be deducted for incorrect answer.

UPSC CMS Result 2024 Date

UPSC CMS result 2024 is expected to be announced this month. Once declared, the candidates who had appeared for UPSC CMS exam 2024 will be able to check and download scorecard 2024 pdf on the official website (upsc.gov.in). In a bid to download the UPSC CMS result 2024, candidates should keep their login credentials handy. Last year, UPSC CMS exam was conducted on July 16 and result declared on July 28.
