UPSC CAPF AC Exam 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the exam schedule of the Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2024. According to the notification, the exam will be conducted on 4 August 2024 in two shifts i.e. Paper I from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM and Paper II from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
The recruitment drive will fill out a total of 506 vacancies. The UPSC CAPF exam is held annually for the recruitment of officers in all Paramilitary Forces of India, which includes the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
Admit Cards for the same will be released in 03rd week of July 2024 along with all exam-related information at upsc.gov.in. As the exam date has been announced, the candidates are advised to plan their exam preparation accordingly to clear the exam.

UPSC CAPF AC Exam 2024: Exam pattern
- The UPSC CAPF Exam consists of 02 papers. Paper 1 and Paper 2.
- Paper- I will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) with a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer and paper II is in descriptive format.
- Paper I is of 2 hours duration and Paper II is of 3 hours duration
- Papers I & II will be in bilingual language & English, excluding English paper
- Paper I is a qualifying stage. Only those candidates who qualify for the Paper 1 exam will be checked for the Paper 2 exams.

- Then click on the UPSC CAPF AC 2024 exam schedule link available on the home page.
- The exam schedule will appear on the screen of the candidate.
- After viewing, download the same and take a printout for future reference.
