UGC NET 2020: Application Process Extends Again, Apply Till June 15

The UGC National Eligibility Test June 2020 application process has been further extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA). As per the revised schedule, the application window for June 2020 examination is open till June 15, 2020. The NTA has issued an official notice regarding the same. The application form for the UGC NET June 2020 exam is still available on the official website i.e. ugcnetonline.in.

The official notification reads, "In view of the hardships faced by the parents and the students, the National Testing Agency has further extended/ revised the dates of submission of Online Application Forms for various Examinations conducted by the agency."

The candidates who wish to appear for the exam can visit the official website and apply for the same until June 15, 2020. The exam is for the Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

Candidates should also note that they can fill the application form till 5:00 p.m on May 31 and they will get an opportunity to pay the fee till 11:50 p.m on May 31.

UGC-NET June 2020: Exam Pattern

Total 150 questions will be asked in NET. All questions are compulsory to attempt.
Paper 1: 50 Question
Paper 2: 100 Questions.

Paper- I will consist of General Aptitude Questions
Paper- II will have questions related to the subject selected by candidates.

Language Options: Hindi and English are the only options to attempt UGC NET. The choice for the paper medium can be exercised at the time of filling the form.

There is no negative marking in this exam and the total duration of the exam is 3 hours.

Both paper-I and -II contain objective-type questions and it is mandatory for candidates to attempt questions from both the papers.
