A fresh date for MPSC State Services Prelims 2021 exam date has been announced by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission, MPSC. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on 2nd January at various test centres across the country. As per the new schedule, the preliminary examination will now be conducted on 23rd January 2022. The candidates who will appear for the examination can visit the official website at mpsc.gov.in to read the official notification.
Earlier, the examination was postponed due to the rising cases of COVID-19 across the state. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will become eligible to appear for the main exam. The MPSC State Service Main 2021 exam will be conducted from 7th to 9th May 2022. The commission has also announced the fresh dates for other exams that were scheduled on 2nd January 2022. The paper-1 and 2 for the post of Police Sub-Inspector will be conducted on 29th and 30th January, respectively.

The admit card for the state services prelims exam was released on 22nd December 2021 by the commission. The candidates must download the admit card and keep a copy of the same for further reference. The commission is conducting the examination for the recruitment of candidates for the vacancy of 666 posts. The candidates will be appointed as State Tax Inspector-Group B, Police Sub Inspector-Group B, Assistant Section Officer-Group B and other posts.
