LIC ADO 2019 Prelims Shift 1 Exam Held on July 6 Analysis

The LIC ADO Prelims Exam’s 1 shift was conducted for LIC ADO Posts on July 6, 2019. All the eligible candidates have appeared for the examination. The next LIC ADO Prelims Exam is scheduled on July 13, 2019. The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is conducting the LIC ADO2019 Prelims Exam in four shifts.

The questions were asked from ‘Easy to Moderate level’.

Candidates needed to answer 100 objective type questions (MCQs) in the time limit of 60 minutes.

In LIC ADO Prelims 2019 exam pattern, there are 3 sections including Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English. There is sectional timing of 20 minutes for each section.

Except for English, candidates can opt either Hindi or English language for other subjects

Section-wise Analysis
1. Reasoning Ability
This section carried 35 questions of Easy to Moderate Level. Candidates had a time limit of 20 minutes for this section.

Questions were asked from-Blood Relations, Coding-decoding, 3-digit numbers, Inequalities, Misc. Series and puzzle. The difficulty level of puzzles was Easy to Moderate. In this section, candidates could score good marks.

The good score for this section is 18-20.

2. Numerical Ability/ Quantitative Aptitude
The questions were asked of ‘Easy to Moderate level’, related to such topics:
- Missing Number Series
- Approximation
- Simplification
- DI, the question was based on Bar Graph
- Quadratics & Arithmetic

This section carried questions of 35 marks.

3. English Language
- The difficulty level of this section’s questions was easy.
- The questions that were asked in the English language were from such topics:

Reading Comprehension
Spelling Error
Rearrangement of Sentences
Single-word filter
Phrase replacement

- This section carried a total of 30 marks.

- English language test was qualifying in nature.

The LIC ADO Prelims paper was conducted online as it is a Computer Based Test (CBT). There is No negative marking take place or penalty for wrong answers.
