The Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU has again extended the last date to apply for the IGNOU June Term End Examination 2020. As per the revised schedule, the varsity has extended the application process upto May 15, 2020. Also, the notice state that the submission of assignments for students has also been extended until May 31, 2020.
Meanwhile, fake news was spreading all over the social media that the IGNOU TEE June 2020 had been postponed. Candidates are advised to be aware of such fake news and don't believe in rumours. The university has issued an official statement clarifying that the examinations are not going to be postponed and the news circulating on the social media was fake.
The IGNOU has made the changes only in the date of submitting the applications without late fees. While the examination date will remain the same as earlier announced.
The official notification reads, "With the approval of the competent authority the last date of accepting the June 2020 Term-end Examination forms WITHOUT ANY LATE FEE has been extended upto 30th APRIL, 2020."
