CBSE Supplementary Exam 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification stating that the 10th and 12th supplementary (compartment) examinations will be held on July 17, 2023. The CBSE has also provided guidelines in this regard. The CBSE will commence the application process for the supplementary examination on June 1. Candidates who have appeared in the CBSE Class 10th & 12th Board Exam and are not satisfied with their scores or have failed in one or two subjects can apply.




CBSE Supplementary Exam: Application Last Date

As per the schedule, the CBSE Supplementary Exam will be conducted in July 2023. The deadline to fill out the application form is June 15, 2023. Students in India are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 300 per subject. Students in Nepal will need to pay Rs 1000, while schools outside India will be charged Rs 2000. Candidates who make their payment between June 16 and 17 will be subject to a late fee of Rs 2000.

Regular students in Class 12th who appeared in the board exam in 2023 and were declared compartmental are eligible to apply for only one subject. However, students declared compartmental for Class 10th can apply for one or two subjects.

The candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for the CBSE Supplementary Exam 2023:

  1. Log on to the official website, cbse.nic.in.
  2. Click on the link for the CBSE 12th Compartment Exam 2023 on the homepage.
  3. Download the hard copy.
  4. Now fill out the application form as directed by the school authorities.
  5. Submit the supplementary form before the deadline.
