CBSE Board 2024 Results: Results for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 10th and 12th grades for 2024 can be announced shortly. In a recent update,The board gave the examination centres a significant directive which raised the possibility of the results to be out early. 


The CBSE has requested that teachers finish evaluating the pending answer sheets based on data gathered from various centres. 


The involved institutes have been advised that 18 April, is the deadline for finishing the evaluation, however no futher explanation was provided. Candidates must note that polling for the Lok Sabha General Elections of 2024 starts on 19 Aprill. 

It is reasonable to assume that the board wants the work finished before the general elections start based on the dates that were disclosed. The evaluation of CBSE class 10 is long gone. We're still working on a few copies for the Class 12 courses.

    • It can be assumed that the board will disclose the Class 10, 12 results shortly after, even if they might not wish to do so before the NEET 2024 exam scheduled for 5 May.
    • Considering the general election polling phases, this year's CBSE results will likely be made public between 6 May and 13 May, ensuring accessibility once announced.

CBSE Board 2024 Results: Timeline

  • General Elections Impact:
    • Government teachers are often called for poll duties during General Elections, prompting the need for timely completion of evaluation work.
  • Expected Timeline:
    • If evaluation work is completed by April 18, the board could potentially release the results as early as May 1.
    • However, experts suggest the board might consider the NEET UG exam date before announcing the results.
  • NEET UG Exam:
    • NEET UG, scheduled for May 5, has over 24 lakh registered students.
    • CBSE is expected to release the results after the entrance examination, considering the high stress associated with it.
