AP TET 2024: The AP Government, Department of School Education is going to close the registration window for Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024  today. The candidates who want to appear for the same can visit the official website i.e. aptet.apcfss.in. to register themselves. 

The candidates may note that the AP TET 2024 exam will last 2 hours and 30 minutes and will have 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). There will be two examinations, the first of which has five sections: language, maths, environmental studies, child development and pedagogy, and English. AP TET 2024 paper 1 will include 30 questions in each section.

Paper 2 will be divided into five sections: child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, and elective stream-related courses. The first three portions will include 30 multiple-choice questions, followed by 60 in the last one.

The candidates who want to appear for the same, need to pay application fees of Rs 750 for each paper. The application fees can be paid in online mode through debit card, credit card, UPI or net banking.

AP TET 2024: Eligibility criteria

Candidates are required to have scored a minimum of 50% marks in four years of BA Ed/ BSc Ed Or candidates are required to have passed Bachelor’s of Education (BEd Special Education) (or) Bachelor’s of Education (BEd) course.

  • AP TET 2024 exam- October 3 to 20
  • Hall ticket- September 22 onwards
  • Mock test- September 19 onwards
  • Result declaration- November 2
AP TET 2024: How to apply? 
  • Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. aptet.apcfss.in. 
  • Then click on the application link available on the home page. 
  • Enter your login credentials and click on submit. 
  • Fill out the application form and upload the required documents. 
  • At last click on submit and save the confirmation page. 
  • Candidates can take a printout for future reference.
