After observing various circumstances, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy instructed to cancel the pending board exams. Thus the AP SSC Class 10th exams which were earlier scheduled to be held from scheduled from July 10 to 17 by curtailing the number of papers from 11 to six will stand cancelled and the students will be promoted. The AP Class 10 exams were scheduled to be held in March but were postponed due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
Further, the education minister A Suresh announced that the advanced AP Inter 1st year and 2nd year supplementary and improvement exams which were scheduled to be held from July 11, were also being cancelled.
Education Minister said that students are advised to don't get panic as the decision has been taken to resume the commencement of various common entrance tests for admission into professional courses. All those students, who failed to qualify in the Intermediate first and second year examination, will now be promoted.
