AIBE 19 Syllabus 2024: The Bar Council of India has released the syllabus All India Bar Examination, AIBE 19. Candidates who are going to appear for the exam can visit the official website i.e. allindiabarexamination.com. to check the same. This exam will be conducted on 24 November 2024.
The candidates may note that the syllabus is released in the form of a pdf. AIBE 19 syllabus comprises a total of 19 topics including company law, administrative law, code of civil procedure, etc. Check out the complete article to know about the topics along with the number of questions asked, lowest weightage, and highest weightage topics.
All India Bar Examination is a national-level certification exam conducted twice a year by the Bar Council of India for law graduates who are willing to start practicing their profession as lawyers. The exam is conducted in 50 cities, with 140 centers as open-book exams.
The exam is conducted to assess the basic level knowledge of a member and lay down a minimum benchmark for entering into the practice of law in addition to assessing the candidate’s analytical skills.
After clearing the All India Bar Examination, the candidate is awarded a certificate of practice by the Bar Council of India.
