SSC Notice: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notice regarding disciplinary and legal action against candidates found using unfair means in the exam. According to the official notice “Disciplinary and legal action would be taken against such candidates or persons/individuals involved as per rules and such matters would be reported to police, if necessary."

The commission said that the facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or means will be considered as “serious misconduct” and those found involved in unfair means will be disqualified from appearing in the forthcoming exams.

The SSC reiterated that it will take legal action against those involved in malpractices. Those found to be “disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form of any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means i.e. verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the rough papers supplied in the exam center or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred/disqualified from the exam”.

According to the Commission, assisting with the transmission and storage of exam materials in any format or manner will be regarded as "serious misconduct," and anybody found to have engaged in unethical behavior will not be allowed to retake the test.

It stated that certain individuals were discovered to have unapproved examination materials and to be engaging in unethical behavior on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. They were also reported to be participating in disruptive activities on these platforms. Such candidates, persons, or individuals shall face disciplinary and legal action following the regulations, and if required, the police will be notified of these incidents.
