Candidates, who registered for NEET UG 2024, can now access their confirmation page, NTA NEET score card, and the scanned image of their OMR answer sheet through the UMANG and DigiLocker platforms. "All candidates are encouraged to log in to the above platforms and directly access their documents. This measure addresses and resolves the requests and grievances of candidates regarding their OMR sheets and other related documents," according to NTA.

While the NEET UG 2024 exam was held on May 5 in 557 cities throughout India and 14 cities abroad, more than 23.33 lakh aspirants seeking admission in MBBS, BDS and related courses appeared in the medical entrance exam.
The Supreme Court on July 23 refused to order a re-exam of NEET UG 2024 saying that at the present stage there is absence of material on record to lead to conclusion that result of the exam is vitiated or that there is a systemic breach of the sanctity of th exam.
“Data on record is not indicative of a systemic leak of the question paper which would indicate a disruption of the sanctity of the exam," the court said while hearing on the a batch of pleas seeking cancellation, re-test and a court-monitored probe into the NEET UG 2024 exam held on May 5.
