Eid Milad-Un-Nabi School Holiday Update: Schools in a few states will remain closed on September 16 on account of Eid Milad-Un-Nabi, which marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Below is the list of states where schools will remain closed tomorrow.
Delhi School Holiday
The Delhi government previously indicated the holiday in its academic calendar, signifying that both schools and colleges will be closed tomorrow. Additionally, both government and private banks in the capital city will also observe a closure on this occasion.
Telangana School Holiday
Telangana government has likewise indicated the observance of a holiday for Eid-e-Milad in its academic calendar for 2024. Consequently, all schools across the state will be closed on September 16.
Andhra Pradesh School Holiday
Andhra Pradesh government has announced a public holiday for all educational institutions, including schools and colleges, for tomorrow. As a result, students in the state will enjoy an extended weekend, with schools remaining closed from Saturday to Monday.
Maharashtra School Holiday
According to media reports, the Maharashtra government has officially announced a shift in the Eid-e-Milad holiday for Mumbai, moving it from September 16 to September 18, 2024.
