To log in and fill their choices, candidates need to select their registration type and enter their WBJEE roll number and password. During this process, they must choose their preferred institutes and courses. The board will allocate seats based on these preferences, the WBJEE rank, and seat availability. The deadline for choice filling and locking preferences is September 23 at 6 PM.
According to the official notification, "If a candidate fails to lock his/her choices within the pre-announced deadline, the last saved choices will be considered final and will be automatically locked after the scheduled date and time."
The seat allotment results for the first round of WBJEE BPharm counselling 2024 are set to be released on September 25. Candidates must pay a refundable (conditional) seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000 through online transactions, which can include net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI, and then download the allotment letter. Following this, candidates are required to report to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission from September 25, 2024, to September 28, 2024.
