KCET 2024 Counselling: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to start the Karnataka Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) 2024 offline document verification from tomorrow, 25 June.

 

Candidates must note that as per the official schedule, the Karnataka UGCET 2024 document verification will be held in offline mode and the deadline is set for 29 June. 

 

All the eligible candidates are required to arrive at 9:15 am for the first forenoon session, at 11:00 am for the second forenoon session, and at 1:45 pm for the third forenoon session.

 

Note that the relevant authority will verify all the documents, and upon confirmation of their accuracy, the candidate will receive a slip containing a unique ID and password.

 

KCET 2024 Counselling: Document verification process 

  • First Shift: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Second Shift: 11:15 am to 1:15 pm
  • Third Shift: Starts at 2:00 pm and continues until all candidates are processed

 

KCET 2024 Document Verification: Schedule

  • Document Requirement: Candidates must bring original documents along with photocopies as per the official notification.
  • Rank-wise Schedule: Candidates ranked between 1 to 8,000 are scheduled for document verification on June 25.
  • Timing: Document verification will take place from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
  • Reporting Time: Candidates must arrive at the counselling venue according to their rank during the stipulated hours.

 

KCET 2024 Counselling: Procedure 

  • After the verification of KCET counselling documents, candidates will be required to log in to their account using the provided unique ID and password.
  • Subsequently, candidates must select their preferred college and course.
  • During the choice-filling process, candidates will have access to a detailed seat matrix categorized by course, category, and college.
  • It is advisable for candidates to carefully evaluate their options before making their selections.
  • Candidates are allowed to modify, add, or delete their choices during each session of KCET counselling.
