NEET SS 2024: The Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) of the National Medical Commission has approved the tentative schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Superspecialty (NEET-SS) 2024. According to the released schedule, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the NEET SS 2024 exam on 29 and 30 March 2025 at various centers across the country.
According to the official notice, "Under the approval of Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB), National Medical Commission, vide its letter dated 12.09.2024 and in compliance to the orders dated 14.08.2024 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the tentative schedule for conduct of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) - Superspecialty is being notified."
To apply for the same, the candidates must hold a recognized postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Candidates must have a valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or a State Medical Council.
Also, they should have completed their required internship before the date of the exam. However, in some cases, experience in a relevant field or specialty may be required or preferred, depending on the superspecialty program.
