This is Why You Should Opt for Government Job
Government Job benefits
With a relaxed work environment and steady moving career, a government job has now emerged as the first choice of the students.

Though jobs in this sector are comparatively lesser in number as compared to private jobs, the competition is intense.
Let us find out why Government jobs are demanding.

The reasons why a government job is more lucrative are various. A few of them are as follows:

Job security
In case of government job, cost-cutting and economic slowdown are absent. Jobs in the government have a relaxing work environment. From the date of joining to the last working day, the facilities provided by government are matchless.

While the government employee gets a lifetime pension from the government till the rest of his life, the recession does not affect a government employee and he is not scared to lose his job. Downsizing, rightsizing, layoffs and the 'fats removal' have become a common phenomenon in the private sector.

Pay package
Government benefits almost always exceed private sector benefits packages.
According to media reports, the government is expected to make a declaration about a hike of up to Rs 8,000 in the minimum pay and up to 3.68 times in fitment factor for the Central Government employees soon.

Stress
The pressure of private job is not unknown to us. The government 9 to 5 job is a relaxed one compared to the lives and working hours of our privately employed companions. The workload to a government employee is minimal. A government employee gets the number of free leaves and holidays even on the festivals of lesser significance. Taking leave in a government job is way easier.
