Reliance Jio to hire 75000 to 80000 people on board.
The announcement was made at a society of Human resource management’s gathering by Sanjay jog, Chief Human Resources Officer.
He told that about 1,57,000 people are now in the salary list in the company.
He told that the rate of quitting job is just two per cent at the headquarters level and 18 per cent at the overall level.
He also mentioned that around 6000 Colleges have tied up with the company.
The company will also appoint through social media.
He said on reference basis appoint will we part of 60 to 70 %.
In this scenario names referred by colleges or names referred by employs will be treated as two major sources.
