Department of Posts has invited applications from the eligible and interested candidates for the recruitment into the vacancies of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, Postman and MTS Cadre, under sports quota in Delhi Postal Circle.
Meritorious sportspersons can apply for the following posts under Sports Quota.
a) Postal /Sorting Assistant in Post Office or Railway Mail Offices
b) Postman in Post Office
c) MTS in Post Office or Railway Mail Offices

Age limit: As on 24.08.2016
Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, Postman:
Between 18-27 yrs (Relaxable by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC & ST)
MTS:
Between 18-25 yrs (Relaxable by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC & ST)
Educational and other Qualification required:
i). For Postal/Sorting Assistant:
ii). For Postman:
Matriculation from a recognized Board or University.
iii). For MTS:
Matriculation or ITI from a recognized Board.
Sports Qualification:
For all the above posts, requirement will be same as mentioned in the Para 11 of the official notification available at the website www.indiapost.gov.in.
