The apex court's decision comes two days after the apex court stayed the ongoing admission in the Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology across the country following a dispute over grace marks awarded to candidates.
Following A suicide and an attempted suicide on its campus last month, IIT Delhi is considering starting free online counselling from the next semester.
