The objection process against the answer key for the Joint Admissions Test for the Masters' programmes (JAM) 2020 is to conclude tomorrow, February 24, 2020, by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. The answer key along with the question paper of the entrance examination is available on the official website, jam.iitk.ac.in.
The official notification reads, "In the JOAPS portal, a module to contest answer keys will be available from 10:00 hours (IST) of 21st February 2020 till 17:00 hours (IST) of 24th February 2020."
Candidates who have appeared for the IIT JAM 2020 examination can download the question papers and answer keys by visiting the official website. The objection against the answer key has been invited by the authority from February 21, 2020 (10:00 AM) to February 24, 2020 (05:00 PM).

The candidate should keep in mind these points while contesting/ challenging the answer key.
- The candidates can contest/challenge the answer key of any question after giving their justification.
- A payment of Rs. 500 (for each question) through the online payment link available in the JOAPS.
- Contests will be considered only if the payment is completed successfully.
- Payment for a challenge that is accepted will be refunded.
- Candidates should ensure that the question number is as per the PDF file of the question paper uploaded on the JAM 2020 website.

Step 1: The candidates are advised to match their answers with the answer key released by the commission
