The admit card for the TNPSC Civil Judge exam is expected to be released soon.
The applications were invited by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for the post of 176 Civil Judge Vacancy 2019.
The examination for the same has been scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2019.
The admit card will be available on the official website i.e. tnpsc.gov.in.

The vacancies have been arrived at like 176, by taking into account the guidelines given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Malik Mazhar Sultan vs. U.P. Public Service Commission [2008(17) SCC 703], for the cadre of Civil Judges, in the Pay Scale of Rs. 27,700 – 770 – 33,090 – 920 – 40,450 – 1080 – 44,770 + Allowances, as admissible under the Rules
Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised University.
Age Limit (as on July 1, 2019): 22 to 27 years
Application Fee: Applicants who have already registered in One Time Online Registration system and are within the validity period of five years are exempted from payment of registration fee.
One Time Registration Fee:
For All Candidates: 150/-
Examination Fee: Pay Examination fee through Net Banking/Credit card/ Debit card or it can be paid offline at the State Bank of India / HDFC Bank.
For GEN/OBC: 500/-
For SC/ST/PWD: No fee

Selection Process for TNPSC Civil Judge Vacancy: Selection will be based on Preliminary Written Examination, Main Written Examination & Interview.
Note: It is mandatory for applicants to register their basic particulars through one - time online registration system on payment of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) towards registration fee and then they should also apply online for this recruitment. [The one-time registration will be valid for five years from the date of registration. Thereafter, the registration should be renewed by paying the prescribed fee. One Time Registration will not be considered as an application for any post.
