TNEA Counselling 2022: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu, has initiated the TNEA Counselling 2022 process today on September 10. Candidates who are eligible to appear in the counselling round will be able to complete the choice filling process by September 12, 2022 on the official website of TNEA at tneaonline.org.
TNEA Counselling 2022: Who Can Appear?
Candidates who have passed Class 12 exams with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their main subjects are eligible to appear for the Counselling round. In addition to this, they should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the exam in the said subjects and should have scored at least 50% marks in the English subject.
Notably, the TNEA Counselling 2022 was slated to begin from August 25, 2022, but had to be deferred due to the declaration of NEET UG 2022 results.

TNEA Counselling 2022: What After Choice Filling?
Once the candidates choose their preferred institutes and courses to enroll for, and submit them, they will be allotted a tentative seat as per their choices. After the seats are allotted, it will be the candidate's call to accept or reject the seat. It is noteworthy that as many as 539 institutes are taking part in the TNEA 2022 Counselling round.
