Maharashtra NEET PG 2024: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) is going to close the choice-filing window for state National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 counselling today. Interested candidates will be able to fill choices for Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 by visiting the official website i.e. medical2024.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2024.

The candidates may note that they will require their login credentials to fill in their choices. They will be allowed to add new choices and rearrange them until they are satisfied with their preferences. Once they finalize their choices, they need to lock the choices before the last date of the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 process.

In case, any candidate fails to lock the choices may result in losing the opportunity to participate in seat allotment. Therefore, it is critical to carefully review and confirm preferences before locking them. According to the official schedule, the First Selection List or CAP 1 of NEET PG 2024 will be declared on 28 November 2024.

However, the physical joining and filling of the status retention form with all original documents & requisite fees at the allotted college will be done from 29 November to 3 December 2024. The seat allotment result will be prepared on the basis of NEET PG rank, category, availability of seats, and the choices locked by the candidates. If a candidate is allotted a seat in any of their preferred choices, they are then required to accept the allotted seat.

If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotment or does not get a seat in the first round, they can participate in the subsequent rounds of counseling based on the availability of seats and their preferences.
