Karnataka NEET UG 2024 Counselling: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is going to close the option entry window for mop-up round counselling for Undergraduate National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (UG NEET 2024) today i.e. 15 October 2024, 3 pm. Interested candidates can visit the official website, keaonline.karnataka.gov.in. to access the Karnataka NEET UG 2024 mop-up round choice filling window. 

According to the official notice, "Candidates are advised to enter the options even if they are not shown in the seat matrix as consequential vacancies that arise will also be offered in this round to candidates. Candidates will have a chance of getting a seat if they have entered the options." 

The KEA has extended the Karnataka NEET UG 2024 mop-up round advance fee payment deadline till tomorrow, noon. The Karnataka NEET UG 2024 mop-up round choice filling deadline was today, 14 October 2024. Previously, the Karnataka NEET UG 2024 mop-up round caution fee payment deadline was 8 October 2024.

Previously, candidates who secured a seat during rounds 1 and 2 of the Karnataka NEET UG 2024 counselling were not permitted to participate in the mop-up round of the counselling process. However, with the government announcing an additional 100 medical seats at Kempagowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) in Bangalore, an exception has been made.

The candidates who had already reported to the medical college are now allowed to participate in the counselling process for these newly added 100 seats at KIMS Bangalore.
