JNU UG Admission 2024 Second Merit List update: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has released the second merit list for the Undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency programmes. Candidates, who have registered for the counselling process, can now access and download the JNU UG 2024 second merit list by visiting the official website (jnuee.jnu.ac.in).
While the JNU UG 2024 first merit list was released on August 21, the final JNU admission 2024 deadline is September 30. Candidates should note that
JNU UG 2024 counselling process includes online registration, choice filling, document verification, seat allotment, and reporting to the Institution.
JNU UG Merit List 2024: Fee payment deadline
According to the schedule, candidates selected in the JNU second merit list 2024 are required to complete the pre- enrolment registration and pay the required fee by September 1 to secure their seats. However, the JNU UG 2024 гоund 2 document verification is scheduled from September 2 to 5.
JNU Admission 2024: Reservation policy
According to the JNU reservation policy, Jawaharlal Nehru University reserves 27 percent of seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC) category students, 15 percent for Scheduled Classes (SC) students, 7.5 percent for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, and 5 percent for students in the Person with Disabilities (PWD) category. According to the official brochure, only candidates with a disability of 40 percent or more are eligible for the PwD reservation.
