IIT JAM 2025 Registration update: The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi is all set start the IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025 online application process today, September 3. Candidates should note that the IIT JAM registration 2025 process can be through the official website (jam2025.iitd.ac.in). The last date of application is IIT JAM 2025 is October 11.
According to the IIT JAM 2025 schedule, the exam will be held on February 2, 2025. While the IIT JAM exam will be held for a duration of three hours, the paper will be only in the English language. Candidates should keep in mind that the JAM 2025 question paper will have three sections.
The entrance examination is held in computer-based testing mode for seven test papers including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Economics, Geology, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, and Physics. This examination will be conducted in approximately 100 cities across India.
The JAM exam is conducted annually for aspiring candidates seeking admission to approximately 3,000 seats in various postgraduate programs such as MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc-MTech dual degree, MSc (Research), Integrated MSc-PhD, and MSc-PhD dual degree programs. These programs are offered at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and Indian Institutes of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) Shibpur.
IIT JAM 2025 Exam: Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must have completed their Bachelor's degree or should be in their final year of study to be eligible to appear for JAM 2025.
- There is no specified age limit for candidates to take the exam.
