DU UG Admission 2024: The University of Delhi (DU) is going to begin the mop-up round 2024 choice-filling today. The candidates who want to register for the same can visit the official website i.e. ugadmission.und.ac.in. The candidates may note that there are a total of 4,759 vacant seats for the DU UG mop-up round 2024. The university has received a total of 9,616 registrations for participating in the DU UG 2024 mop-up round.
According to the official notice, "At the time of granting the admission, Colleges will check the Minimum eligibility, Program-specific eligibility, Category documents, and other aspects as stated in Bulletin of Information - UG (2024) and CSAS (UG)- 2024. At the time of taking the admission, an undertaking must be submitted by the candidate that he/she is not admitted to any other college of UoD for the Academic Session 2024-25 as of the date of admission."
This admission round will be conducted based on the merit score in the qualifying exam, as per the program-specific eligibility criteria. To register for the same, the candidates need to pay application fees according to the category they belong to i.e. the applicants belonging to the Unreserved (UR), Other Backward Classes - Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories is Rs 250.
While, the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates will have to make pay Rs 100 as application fees. The candidates may note that the choice-filling window will remain open till 2 October 2024, by 11:59 pm.
According to the counseling schedule, the seat allotment list will be released on 3 and 5 October 2024. The colleges will announce the selected candidates by 5 October 2024 by 5 pm. The shortlisted candidates in the DU UG mop-up allotment list will be required to report at the allotted college by 6 October 2024, 5 pm, to complete the admission process.

DU UG Admission 2024: Documents required
- Class 10 examination certificate
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Class 12 provisional certificate, original certificate
- Character certificate
- CUET scorecard
- SC, ST, PwD, CW, KM certificate (in the name of the applicant) issued by the competent authority
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate (in the name of the Applicant) as in the central list
- Transfer Certificate from school, college as well as Migration Certificate from Board or University are required from those students who have passed the senior secondary exam from outside Delhi
- Two passport-size self-attested photographs.
