Assam NEET UG Counselling 2024: The Assam Directorate of Medical Education is all set to begin the offline NEET UG counselling for qualified candidates seeking admission into first-year MBBS, and BDS courses under the 5% government school quota for the academic year 2024-25 tomorrow.
The Assam NEET UG offline counselling will commence at 11 am at the office of the DME, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22. The list of provisionally eligible candidates for offline NEET UG 2024 counselling has been released on the official website i.e. dme.assam.gov.in.
Shortlisted candidates will have to complete the document verification within the stipulated period. According to the official notice, “Only those candidates whose NEET-UG-2024 Roll No. appear in this list can participate in the said counselling. Candidates must bring with them all original documents and other relevant documents at the time of counselling.”
The revised Assam NEET UG counselling 2024 schedule as well as fresh seat matrix will be notified only after the completion of the offline MBBS counselling. According to the released schedule, the seat allotment under the 5% government quota seats will be released on 6 October 2024.
The result will be released on the official portal i.e. dme.assam.gov.in. The selected students will have to report and join the allotted college from 7 to 8 October 2024.
