The exam will be held on January 6.
The Basic Education Department has declared the full programme of the examination.
Accordingly, for the recruitment of teachers, registration will start for online application from December 6. The last date for registration will be December 20.
The last date for submission of application fee has been kept on December 21.
According to Additional Chief Secretary Basic Education Dr Pratibha Kumar, the last date for completing the application and taking the print will be December 22.
By December 23, the district committees will determine the centre.
On December 31, the information will be issued for uploading the Admission Letter.
In order to keep it in the double lock on January 4, answer papers will be sent to the district headquarters.
Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination, -2019 from 11 AM to 1.30 PM on January 6 will be held at various centres of the state.
The answer to the examination will be based on optical mark recognition (OMR).
Multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.
Additional Chief Secretary said that on January 8, the answer key website will be released on.
By 11th January, objections will be taken to answer key.
The decision on objections will be available on the website on January 19.
The test will be announced on January 22.
Certificates will be sent to the district education and training institutions within a month.
After seven years of interval, the BEd degree holders have been given the opportunity to enrol in primary level.
The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) issued a notification on June 28 and gave the opportunity to the graduates to get primary level recruitment.
At the primary level of TET 2018, BEd candidates got an opportunity. This time, BEd degree holders will also be considered as qualifying teachers in primary level teacher’s recruitment. The BEd degree was valid for the first basic teacher recruitment, but it was removed in the middle.

The recruitment of assistant teachers will be amended in the Basic Education Manual before the advertisement is issued. In this regard, the proposal will be brought in the Cabinet on Monday. After the amendment, the written examination of 69,000 teachers recruiting will now be on the new pattern. In this case, multiple choice questions will be asked, and OMR sheets like other examinations will be given. Sheets will be checked in a computerized manner.
According to the information, the number of posts can be increased till the recruitment advertisement on December 5 is issued. Actually, after the order of the Supreme Court, the education of the teachers had been cancelled for the post of teachers. As a result, 1.37 lakh teacher posts were vacant. In order to fill these posts, the teacher recruitment examination was held in May 2018. In this 41,556 candidates were successful in the written examination, but 41,000 only applied for the appointment. 27,500 posts were left vacant as a result; the Department of Basic Education has sought the details of the seats lying vacant in them from the officers posted in all the districts. If these vacant posts were also included in the recruitment process, then applications for about 93,000 posts of Assistant Teachers could be sought for.
On the issue of the mandate of recruitment of 69,000 assistant teachers, it is believed that the government has increased the number of posts to increase the gap of 500. The government had decided to recruit 68,500 teachers. But in the last 68,500 teacher’s recruitment due to dispute, the second recruitment examination going to be on January 6 has been posted 69,000. Due to controversy in the previous recruitment, about 27,000 vacant posts have not been added to the new recruitment.
