The facilities of the online application process will be available soon for the students. If students want, so they will get their all documents at their home by post within 7-15 days.
During the application process, students will be given two options. The first option will be to get the documents from the university counter. The second option is that documents will be available through the Post. An agreement will be made to facilitate the posting of the Indian Postal Service soon. This decision was taken in a meeting, chaired by VC Neelima Gupta on Monday.
This Online application facility will be available from 2016 graduated batch of students or later. It is set to begin from August 15, 2019. The meeting was joined by Registrar Dr Vinod Kumar Singh, Director of Examiner Dr Anil Yadav, Deputy Registrar Vidyanand Tripathi, System Manager Dr Saroj Dwivedi, Deputy Registrar Virendra Kumar Maurya.
Online Transcript will be Valid
Registrar Dr Vinod Kumar Singh quoted those students who opt for abroad study are required transcript. Now students can apply for the online transcript. Students can get their online transcript by email within 15-20 days, which will be valid everywhere.
Documents Required for Transcripts:
- Mark-sheet
- Degree Certificate
- Class 12th marks-sheet or pass certificate showing father’s name
No options for online corrections
Registrar Dr Vinod Kumar Singh said that this facility available for those students whose documents will be completely correct. If the error is to be modified then the students will have to come and submit an application at the counter of the university.
