CBSE Term 2 Board exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is slated to conduct the CBSE Term 2 board exam for Class 10 and 12 students from today, April 26, 2022. Approximately 30 lakh students are registered to write the Term 2 exams. The term 2 exams are based on the subjective pattern and would be held for a duration of 2 hours.
Apart from the general exam guidelines, it is mandatory for the students to abide by Covid-appropriate behaviour at the exam centres. It is noteworthy that wearing of masks has been made mandatory in Delhi and some parts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

CBSE Term 2 Board exam 2022: Guidelines for the students

Students about to write their CBSE Term 2 exams are required to go through the exam guidelines mentioned below and abide by the same.
  1. The CBSE term 2 exams will commence at 10:30 am and continue till 12:30 pm. Students must reach the exam centre 1 hour prior to the commencement of the examination, i.e. at 9:30 am.
  2. Entry to the exam hall will be prohibited after 10 am, thus students must ensure that they reach exam centres in due time.
  3. No student will be allowed to appear in the exam if he/she is not carrying a hard copy of their admit card. Thus, students must keep the same along with them while appearing for the examination.
  4. Students must be dressed in their school uniform while appearing for the exam.
  5. 20 minutes will be provided to students separately to go through the question paper and fill the basic details in the answer sheet carefully.
  6. At max, 18 students shall be seated inside the exam hall.
  7. Students are allowed to carry only their pencil box, sanitizer bottle, water bottles and masks to the exam centres. Only the students with diabetes or a medical condition have been allowed to carry a snack along with them to the exam hall.
