Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced to postpone the notification release date for Combined Medical Services Exam 2021 amid a constant surge in COVID cases across the country. The recruitment notification for UPSC CMS Exam 2021 was scheduled to release on May 5, 2021.
The official notification is available on the official website of UPSC on upsc.gov.in. The notice reads, "The Combined Medical Services Examination, 2021 scheduled to be notified on 05-05-2021, stands deferred till further notice.” Candidates who wish to appear for the Combined Medical Services Examination 2021 can check all the latest updates by visiting the official website.
The preliminary examination for UPSC CMS Recruitment 2021 was scheduled to be held on August 29, 2021. As of now, the examination will stand postponed till further notice. UPSC issues notification for this exam every year in April and the exam is held in July. But this time the exam is delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic havoc across the country.

The notification to be released tomorrow on May 05 has been postponed. Significantly, this year, due to the corona epidemic, there is a delay in conducting this examination. Schools, colleges and higher educational institutions are closed due to the situation arising out of the coronavirus. Several competitive exams, including entrance exams, have also been postponed.
