UPSC Combined Medical Service Exam 2019 DAF Form concludes today, September 09, 2019. The Detailed Application Form (DAF) is available on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.
The Union Public Service Commission has released the DAF form on August 26, 2019, and invited candidates to fill the form and submit the same on or before September 09, 2019.
Earlier the UPSC released the result of the candidates who have appeared for the written examination of Combined Medical Service held by UPSC on July 21, 2019. The result for the same has been released on August 16, 2019. Those who have cleared the exam can download the DAF from the official website.
The online application for CMS was commenced from April 10, 2019, to May 06, 2019, for 965 vacant posts of Assistant Medical Officer in Railways and Ordinance Factory and various other posts.
Earlier an official notification was released by the UPSC which reads, "In accordance with the Rules of Examination, all these candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (D.A.F.), which will be made available on the Commission’s Website i.e. upsconline.nic.in; from August 26, 2019, to September 09, 2019 till 06:00 PM."

Note: The candidates should read these instructions carefully before filling in the online Detailed Application Form. The candidate should also scan their relevant original documents as listed below in 200 dpi grey scale and convert to a single pdf file up to 2 mb, before filling in the online Detailed Application Form (DAF). The pdf file so created must not be password protected and it should be uploaded along with the online submission of DAF.
