UPSC CAPF 2024 Detailed Application Form Out: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a Detailed Application Form (DAF) for the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandant) Exam 2024. 
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may complete their DAF submissions via the official websites upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in till October 18 (at 6 pm).

The results of the written examination were published on September 24. Those candidates who have been shortlisted will proceed to the subsequent phase, which consists of the Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Tests (PETs), and Medical Standards Tests. The recruitment initiative seeks to fill a total of 506 positions, with 186 allocated to the BSF, 120 to the CRPF, 100 to the CISF, 58 to the ITBP, and 42 to the SSB.

Step 2: Go to the 'What’s New' section. 
Step 3: Click on the ‘DAF: Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2024’ link.
Step 4: Fill the required details.
Step 5: Save the application form and take a print out for future reference.

Step 1: Visit the official website (upsc.gov.in).
Step 2: Candidates have to register himself/ herself on OTR (One Time Registration) portal by Clicking the New Registration button.
Step 3: After registration, he/she has to login (by Email ID/ Mobile Number/ OTR ID) to verify the already registered OTR application.
Step 4: Go to the Latest Notification tab in the OTR application.
Step 5: Apply for desirable Examination.
