The main examination for the UPPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer recruitment 2020 has been postponed by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC).
The examination has been postponed due to COVID-19. 

The recruitment exam of Assistant Prosecution Officer as well as the combined Engineering services exam has been postponed due to the further extension of the coronavirus lockdown.

Earlier the Assistant Prosecution Officer examination was scheduled to be conducted on May 16, 2020, whereas the combined Engineering services exam was scheduled to be conducted on June 7, 2020.

A notice regarding the same has been released by the UPPSC on the official website i.e. uppsc.up.nic.in.

The preliminary examination for APO recruitment was conducted on February 16, 2020, in various centres across Lucknow and Prayagraj. The engineering services exam was set to be held on June 7, 2020, for the recruitment of 712 assistant engineers across 22 departments.

The notification read "The UPPSC APO main exam 2018 was scheduled for May 16 while the combined engineering services exam 2020 was scheduled for June 7. Both the exams are postponed until further orders."
