The date for the RRB Group-D exam has been released by the Railway Recruitment Board. As per the official notice, the CBT-1 exam will be conducted from 23rd February 2022. The complete exam schedule and exam details will be announced in the due course of time. The candidates who have registered for the examination are advised to visit the official website at rrbcdg.gov.in for more detailed information.

This time, the Railway Recruitment Board has decided to conduct a Two-Stage computer-based test, CBT for the selection of the candidates. The candidates who qualify for the CBT-1 exam will become eligible to appear for the CBT-2. RRB has taken the decision to conduct the selection process in two phases n light of a large number of applications received from the candidates. The number of candidates qualifying in the CBT-2 will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test, PET.

RRB Group D Document Verification Round

The finally selected candidates who will be called for the document verification round will be equal to the number of notified vacancies (ratio of 1:1). Earlier, the ratio of candidates called for the document verification round was 1.05 times.

Admit Card for CBT-1

The RRB is expected to release the admit card for the CBT-1 at least 4 days prior to the commencement of the exam. The candidates registered for the examination would be able to download their respective admit cards from the regional websites of RRB.

RRB Group D Revised Vacancy

As per the official notification, the designation of Assistant Pointsman is changed to Pointsman. All other vacancies and designation remain the same as notified in the notification under CEN No. RRC- 01/2019.
