OPSC ASO Exam: The OPSC ASO exam 2022, which was cancelled earlier on August 19, 2022, in view of heavy rains and floods in the Odisha state, has been rescheduled. The date for the conduct of the exam has been announced, and the exam will now be held on August 27, 2022. The revised exam date has been announced by Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Saturday, August 20.
OPSC ASO Exam 2022: Documents to Be Carried to the Exam Center
 
Candidates must possess the following documents at the exam center to avoid any hassles and pass the identity verification process.
  •  Hard copy of OPSC ASO admit card 2022.
  • A valid government issued photo ID proof such as Aadhar card, PAN Card, passport, ration card, Voter ID etc.
Without the said documents, no candidate will be allowed to appear in the recruitment examination.
 
OPSC ASO Exam 2022: Paper Pattern
 
The exam will unfold in two stages:
  1. OPSC ASO Written examination
  2. OPSC ASO Skill test in Computer applications
The candidates will have to appear for three papers (Paper I, II and III) in the written examination. These papers will assess the candidates' knowledge in general awareness, reasoning, mental ability, English, Mathematics and Odia language.
 
In the second stage of the examination (Computer skill test), the candidates would be tested for their acumen in computer applications. The candidates will need to score around 40% marks to be declared qualified in this exam.
 
Maximum marks to be awarded in the paper have been fixed as 450.
 
OPSC ASO Exam 2022: What After Exam?
 
After the exam, the Commission will release the answer key, which will be followed by the result declaration. Candidates who are declared qualified in the written exam will be required to appear for the interview round.
