The application process for the recruitment exam of KPSC Jr Assistant / Second Division Assistant posts has been extended by the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC).
The applications for the above-mentioned posts are still available on the official website i.e. kpsc.kar.nic.in.
The KPSC has extended the application process till June 1, 2020, due to COVID-19 Lockdown extension.
Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) invited the applications for 1279 Jr Assistant / Second Division Assistant posts. The candidates who wish to appear for the exam can visit the official website and apply for the same.
The candidates who are 12, Diploma & ITI pass can apply. The exam fee can be paid till June 2, 2020.

Exam Pattern
The competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Junior Assistant/ Second Division Assistants will consist of Paper-2 and Paper-3 which will further consist of 2 exams:
The examination will consist of two written papers, namely,-
Paper-2: General English or General Kannada
Paper-3: General Knowledge
The papers will be of 100 marks. The questions will be “Objective Multiple Choice Type”. The duration of each exam will be 1.5 hours.
The candidates may select either the paper on General English or the paper on General Kannada.
