Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur has released the JEE Advanced 2021 Exam Syllabus. The candidates can check the detailed information available on the official website of the JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in. Along with the examination syllabus, the IIT Kharagpur has also activated the mock test link for practices.

The IIT Kharagpur will conduct the JEE Advanced 2021 exam for admission to various programs at IITs. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced for the academic session 2021 is scheduled to be held on July 03, 2021 (Saturday). Paper 1 will be held in the morning session from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM. While the Paper 2 is scheduled to be held in the afternoon session from 14:30 PM to 17:30 PM.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has announced to give a special opportunity to the students who missed the advanced exam in 2020 due to exam eligibility. Along with this, there will be a relaxation in the criteria of minimum 75 percent marks in view of the COVID-19 epidemic. 

JEE Advance 2021: Revised Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria to secure a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in the class 12th examination will not be applicable this year. Further, the students who have quallified JEE Main 2020 but did not appear for JEE Advanced 2020 will also be eligible to appear at JEE Advanced 2021. 

About JEE Advance 2021: 

Joint Entrance Examination ( JEE Advanced) is an exam conducted for admission to 23 Indian Institutes of Technology, ie IITs. Students who qualify for JEE Advanced will be admitted to IITs through JoSAA Counseling based on their rank.

The JEE Mains Examination will now be held four times a year. The four sessions will be held in February, March, April, and May. This year, the first session of the JEE Mains Examination is scheduled to be held from 23 February to 26 February 2021.
