IGNOU Assignments 2024: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the assignment submission deadline for all kinds of courses, ODL, online programs, GOAL, and EVBB for the December 2024 tern-end examination (TEE). All the assignments can now be submitted in hard copy or soft copy till 31 October 2024.
Meanwhile, the Open University has also extended the last date to apply for fresh admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students intending to apply in the July 2024 session in the online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now get another fortnight to register.
The last date to register for the same is 15 October 2024. Earlier, the last date to register for the ODL and online programs was 30 September 2024.
The candidates may note that for fresh admissions enrolling in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs can apply through the designated ODL and online portals. For re-registration, the existing students who need to re-register for the next semester or academic year can do so through the re-registration portal.

- Photograph with a file size less than 100 KB
- Signature with a file size less than 100 KB
- Relevant educational qualification with a file size of less than 200 KB
- Experience certificate, if any, with a file size of less than 200 KB
- Category certificate, if applicants belong to SC, ST, OBC, and the file size should be less than 200 KB
IGNOU July 2024: How to register?
- Firstly, candidates must visit the official website i.e. ignou.ac.in.
- Then click the IGNOU July 2024 Admission link on the home page.
- Then click on the ODL program.
- Fill out the application form and pay the required fees.
- At last click on submit and save the page for future reference.
