The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI has announced to deferred the CA May 2020 Exam. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Institute has issued an official notice regarding this announcing the postponement of the examination. The ICAI has also announced to merge the May 2020 attempt with November 2020 Examinations. Earlier, the CA May 2020 exam was scheduled to be conducted from July 29 to August 16, 2020.

As per the official notification, All those students who have applied for the CA May 2020 examination will be given an option to change their exam centres, group of their application/ appearance in exams while making fresh applications for the November 2020 exams. The facility will be provided online on the official website of the ICAI at icai.org.

The online registration for the CA May 2020 exam was commenced on February 05, 2020, and concluded on March 4, 2020. For more related updates candidates are advised to stay in touch with the official website of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI.

ICAI CA-CPT Exam 2020: Exam Pattern 

The Common Proficiency Test, CPT will comprise of 200 marks and will be held in pen and paper mode. The examination will be held in two sessions for four hours.
