The calendar for the year 2019 has been released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).
The calendar consists of the schedule of various examinations.
CRP RRB-VIII (Officers) and CRP RRB-VIII (Office Assistants) preliminary examination will be conducted on August 3, 4, 11, 17, 18 and 25, 2019 for scale 1 and for officers scale 2 and 3 the single exam will be held on September 22. The main exam of officer scale 1 will be conducted on September 22 while for the office assistants the exam will be held on September 29 according to the calendar available on the official website.
PSBs – CRP PO/MT-IX, CRP CLERK-IX & CRP SPL-IX examination for PO, Clerks and Specialist Officers will begin from October and continue till December 2019.
It has been decided by the authority to conduct the IBPS Clerk prelims examination on December 7, 8, 14 and 15, 2019 while its mains test will be held on January 19, 2020.
Talking about IBPS SO examination, the examination for the prelims is scheduled to be conducted on December 28 and 29, while the mains will be held in 2020 on January 25.
Apart from the examination dates for these four exams, the authority has also declared that the application form for all these exams will be available in online mode and other specifications pertaining to the photograph, signature, thumb impression, etc have also been mentioned in the examination calendar.
The notification of these exams will be released in due course, however, no specific date for that has been declared. The number of vacancies, which varies every year, will also be known once the official notifications for all these exams are out.
