CTET 2018 Admit Card Released: Aspirants Unable to Download

The aspirants have been waiting for the admit card to release for three days.

Today the CBSE board has released the admit card.

But, the students are still unable to download as the error occurs while clicking on the Download CTET 2018 Admit Cards. In such a situation, the question arises, how weak is the preparation of the board.

We advise all the candidates to stay calm and try to download it after a while without being panic.

This error is a technical glitch and is expected to be rectified as soon as possible.




The examination will be conducted in all Indian languages.

The press note sent by CBSE notified that "The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi will be conducting the 11th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 09-12-2018 (Sunday) at 2296 centers throughout the country in 92 cities".
The candidate’s e-Admit Cards will be available on the website showing the particulars along with the photograph & signature of the candidates on the CTET
website www.ctet.nic.in from 22-11-2018.

- No, admit cards will be issued separately by the Board. These are to be downloaded only by the candidates.

- The candidate whose admit card has not been uploaded on CTET website are hereby given one more opportunity. Such candidates must contact the CTET Unit
by 30-11-2018 (Friday) along with the copy of their confirmation page/proof of fee submission failing which the Board will not be responsible for non-issue of admit card to any such candidate. Thereafter no such requests will be entertained.

- Candidates are advised to download their e-Admit Card from official Website only, i.e. www.ctet.nic.in to appear for the examination as the designated centres and read the instructions carefully on schedule time, prohibited items and reach the examination centre well in time to avoid any hardship.


Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the exam on December 9, 2018.


Candidates who are appearing for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET 2018, are advised to download their admit cards from the official website.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CTET i.e. ctet.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the CTET link

Step 3: Enter the required information correctly

Step 4: Check the information printed on the admit card carefully

Step 5: Download CTET admit card and take a print out for the further reference

Earlier the application window for CTET 2018 was reopened.

There were some amendments to the Eligibility Criteria


Amendment in Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage.

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

OR

“Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (BEd)”

“(a) who has acquired the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to
V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two
year of such appointment as a primary teacher”.

Note:
The candidates those who passed BEd qualification and already applied for Paper–II as per the eligibility and have already paid a necessary fee as specified may also apply now under the amendment for both the papers viz Paper-I and Paper-II.
